negara berpendapatan tinggi?

rasionalnya, apa untungnya bila gaji kita naik 10% tapi harga barang naik 20%? ini yg kena tengok betul2. salah interpretasi org kita dgn isu 'gaji banyak' nih.. kita rasa bila gaji kita banyak 'kuasa membeli' kita tinggi.. realitinya, cuba bandingkan berapa banyak leh isi kereta sorong pasaraya tuh dgn RM200 hari ini berbanding 10 tahun dulu? sapa yg untung sbrnya bila gaji naik?

bila gaji naik mendadak, inflasi pun naik mendadak. apalagi bila org pulak tetiba sibuk menyimpan bagai nak rak, tanak belanja. (Oops! aku tak kata kita patut belanja bagai nak rak). ini yg terjadi ada dlm sistem ekonomi kapitalis yg kita faham nih.

kita tengok jer harga rumah yg melambung2 skrg nih. kita suka bila harga rumah kita naik. skrg2nya boleh re-finance dan amik duit lebih buat modal. yg kita lupa ialah awalnya kita bayar harga rumah tuh RM200,000 hutang, bila re-finance kita kena bayar harga rumah tuh RM400,000. masa beli dulu mmg kita untung, tapi kita dok kata kita beli dulu murah, skrg dah naik harga, lupa bila dah re-finance sebenarnya kita takleh kata kita untung lagi sebab kita pun bayar harga baru. been there, done that.

kalo kerajaan serius nak naikkan taraf hidup (bukan naikkan harga taraf hidup), patutnya fokus kat camna nak turunkan harga barang2. yg diorg buat skrg nih tak praktikal sebenarnya. cara yg popular skrg nih subsidi. ayam subsidi, beras subsidi, bawang subsidi, cili subsidi. yg kerajaan gie bagi bayar subsidi nih kat pengimport buat apa. sama juga harga tuh mahal sebenarnya. sebab tuh harga benih masih mahal, harga baja makin mahal, harga makanan ternakan mahal giler.

patutnya, kerajaan gunakan duit subsidi tuh utk tambah nilai sumber. cari inovasi macammana cara nak turunkan kos pengeluaran petani supaya petani2 malaysia lebih produktif. ini isu sebenar. kurangkan subsidi minyak, duit tuh jangan buat pelabuhan. apa kena mengena. bagi duit tuh kat universiti utk subsidi R&D camna nak buat keter yg kurang pakai minyak. pastuh suh proton buat keter tuh dan jual murah2 kat rakyat.

bila byk subsidi utk penyelidikan, barulah pakar2 malaysia yg kat luar tuh berminat nak balik. bukan suh balik bagi gaji tinggi pastuh biarkan tak tau nak keje apa. bila buat proposal ada saja masalah, takder bajet laa. nak suh pakar balik kena laa hargai ilmu diorg, bukan semata2 duit jer.

bila org beli keter murah, minyak pulak pakai sikit, kos pengangkutan hasil pertanian dan penternakan pun turun. bila kos turun, harga barang2 pun turun. bila harga barang turun, kuasa membeli naik. kalo kereta sorong kat pasaraya tuh boleh penuh hanya cuma bayar RM100, org tak kisah mintak gaji tinggi2.

proton rugi ker bila keter murah? barulah lbh byk laa org pakai proton.. rugi ker kalo sayur, beras, ayam terlampau banyak dlm negeri? kita eksport laa pulak. kalo satu ekar tanah leh menghasilkan dua kali ganda, maknanya kita produktif. org malaysia pun makan benda yg sihat2, tahap kesihatan naik. apa? hospital rugi?

nih satu lagi.. kita nih dipaksakan utk berbelanja skrg nih. berapa byk hospital canggih2 kat malaysia skrg nih? bangga betul kita. tapi org kita bila masuk hospital mesti kena mintak sedekah. bangga betul org kita dermawan. gie hospital kerajaan, makan ubat berbulan2 tak baik2, gie klinik makan ubat dua hari dah berlari. membazir jer ubat kerajaan. apsal jadi macam nih? nak kata hospital kerajaan buat untung, caj RM1 jer pendaftaran. apa agenda sebenarnya?

sama laa dgn barang makan, semua letak harga siling, nak makan beli jer, kalo idak jgn makan. yg kita citer nih bukan buah strawberry atau sirip ikan yu, tapi bawang, cili, beras, ikan, ayam, daging lembu.. barang asas yg mmg kita kena guna. nih teh tarik dan roti canai pun ada harga siling. barang naik harga tapi aku tgok petani dan nelayan sama gak duk umah buruk. sapa yg buat untung sebenarnya? kos sebelah mana yg kita kena bayar?

subsidi nih kena tgok laa.. mmg laa org melayu kena subsidi tapi benda yg membangun laa.. patutnya subsidi nih naikkan produktiviti, bila subsidi buat org jadi malas maknanya letak subsidi nih salah. jangan pulak sebab geram tak dapat subsidi kita kata hapuskan subsidi pulak. makin laa tak produktif. letak tempat betul. pastuh bila dah bagi pantau laa.. pantau nih bukan kata org melayu nak menipu tapi tolong tengok kot2 dia salah guna sebab tak pandai lagi. bukan susah2kan prosedur sampai org melayu minta tolong kat along.

jadi apa sebenarnya yg kita nak? gaji tinggi? pasan tak org kita nih belanja duit kat mana yg paling banyak? makan. tgok jer laa pasar ramadhan kemarin, segala macam aneka kuih ada. yg harga sama, makin kecik, yg makin besar harga pun besor. dulu aku RM20 penuh dah tangan aku. skrg nih rasanya macam banyak jer beli tapi sikit jer rupanya. kelapa dan gula pun susah. aku gie trengganu, kedai tanak jual gula kat org luar, dia kata dah sebulan xder stok gula. apalagi subsidi laa org melayu buat ladang tebu dan kilang gula. ada?

nih aku tulis nih bukan aku belajar ekonomi pun. hanya common sense. aku pun tak kata laa jangan mintak naik gaji atau jangan cari kerja yg gaji tinggi. aku pun tak kata jgn beli atau jgn simpan. aku hanya nak sebut bahawa bila kita kata gaji cukup2 makan tuh bukan psal gaji kita mmg tak cukup nak beli benda lain, tapi sebab benda2 yg kita perlu beli tuh dah overrated dan kita terpaksa beli jugak. nak gaji tinggi bukan nak dapat banyak duit tapi nak naikkan kuasa membeli. bila kuasa membeli kita tinggi baru taraf hidup pun membaik, nak naikkan kuasa beli nih tak semestinya kena naik gaji. gaji jadi USD3,000 pun kalo currency rate jatuh sampai 1:2.5 nak buat apa. baik gaji USD1,000 tapi currency rate 1:6.2 ada setuju? ;)

tell me if you never got above kinda message, or at least cross your eyes when you online. sometimes its overwhelmed me on how many ways we can make a big money. is it a scam? not really, it does works for some people.. just that i keep on wondering if its really that easy to make such profit, why so many people still got frustrated with their own financial portfolio? if so that fast to get a capital return then why its still need to be charge to register? doesn't the ad mention they wanna share the wealth?

for instance, in order to get RM300/day, you need to pay Rm100 registeration fee? why we need to pay RM100 today if the business will give us RM300 tomorrow.. wouldn't it be easier if they just register us today and give us RM200 (minus the registeration) tomorrow? furthermore theres also a claim that you can even get RM1,000 per day.. owh.. they will only pay when you can get the other guy.. this is what been offered by referral or affiliate program. i have tried the postal version.

does it really can makes money? yup.. i've seen few guys getting like few thousands per month doing this so-called internet business.. is it really a business? i doubt it. personally, this is purely a pyramid-scheme. you may say no, but it is. there is no actual stuff for sale. there is no clear way how they make a profit, except just by sharing the registeration fees.

who your prospect? the low-medium guys who desperately need to have a quick capital, whom ready to try just anything. long time ago they just play around RM10-RM50, and now the gamble is around RM50-RM300, with more bigger promises. just like any other gambling, the image of losing RM1,000 passive income a day are far more scary than an image of losing only RM100.

how bout below messages?

ING launch a saving plan on 2/8/10..mature at 20 years..BUT just saving for 5 year ONLY..GUARANTEE interest r around 9 % at end of 1st yr to 5th yr ( every year )..from end of 6th yr to 20 yr r 17 % ( guarantee interest )..it just selling for 3 month or 50 million only..c which is come earlier..balance still got 25 million..

ramai yg ada ASB.. TAPI.. ramai yg tak tahu dgn ASB kita boleh dapat 5ribu tiap2 bulan..!!! dan lagi best dpt income tu sampai bila2..!! dgn PROPERTIES.. dlm masa 5 tahun..... emmmm... kita boleh collect 4juta..!! ruginya sape yg tak tahu... drop your FON NO and LOKASI to inbox..!! let mee show and let mee help you... HOW TO MAKE MONEY..

if you want a long-term investment, yes. is it totally worth it? depends. better check the contract since this is money that you also put as a protection. just put this into mind, those banks, insurance and other finance institution was created to make profit, if they can give you 9% - 17% its mean they will profit more than 200%. but that is not the real issues. since we are discussing in the league of Islamic planning, this is a clear riba.

and ASB that can get RM5,000/month. emm.. its like getting a dividend plus bonus at RM60,000 per year. the maximum one person can have in ASB account is RM200,000, so its like getting 30% dividen a year. make sense? yeah i do heard bout buying the certificate and put it back to the bank to get another loan and invest it back in another instrument and get two income from one source, which is brilliant idea, unless you really really understand what you are doing, don't get involve with it.

hence, this is pure capitalist. you make money out of nothing. they only need somebody to hold the risk. what is the different comparing to being a nominee for an ali-baba company? but yes, eventhough it sound manipulative, it is legal. no offense. i don't say that you should avoid it. i just hope that you really understand what you involved with.

if you search it through, all those money end-up in stock market. they just need a capital. actually they know how to get the capital but they need someone in order to get it. some bankers told me that it still a huge government fund for ASB that still not taken. at least one bank already comes up with a loan plan that you only need to pay for several years only. you think you makes huge profit? just think how bank makes money as per when you agreed to sign loan, the can liquidate the government fund and use it to invest, on top of it they still charge you interest on the loan that you take. great idea huh ;)

again, we don't care on how banks make money as long as we also make money.. rite? with all this money over money manipulation, what is the point? everybody got more money, we thought things will get better, inflation rate rise, price shoots up, who win anyway in this crazy money race? what is the point? owh.. yeah.. we just wanna makes more money now, at present today. no offense. the choice is still yours. i just hope you completely understand why you need to make more money at the first place. stupid quote huh? sapa tanak duit woo.. haha ;)

where did you put your money?

about ten years ago, on my flight to jakarta after being lay-off during world economic crisis, upon my first assignment as a freelance engineer, i was reading a book recommended by a good friend, rich dad poor dad by robert t kiyosaki.. overwhelmed by the idea behind it, ever since that i've been changing myself targeted to be positioned in the right quadrant.

inspite of changing my mindset and fulfilling the path, i went through a vast of business books, certification, training, seminar, courses and a bundle of enterprenuer experimental, i also preached about the idea to almost everybody i met. i was so into the idea that everybody should be a businessman..

it is not totally right and also not totally wrong.. everybody is a businessman, in fact everybody is a salesman.. we do sales all our life.. and to be rich is only just by doing what a businessman did.. and somehow, despite i don't agree with some of kiyosaki definition, the cashflow quadrant does make sense..

few years ago, a friend of mine asked few questions to me.. how true is it that we can't be rich just being an employee? do we need to move between quadrant in order to be in I-quadrant? as i went through searching for the answer i realized that we don't have to be just in one quadrant at one moment.. however, i still agree that the real wealth is in the I-quadrant..

so what is the I-quadrant? kiyosaki's most popular quote define it as where the 'money works for you'.. this chapter where he described 'financial freedom' and 'passive income' which made the previously popularity of 'retirement planning' looks bad.. its a same concept though..

regardless you are employees (E-quadrant), self-employed (S-quadrant) or businessman (B-quadrant), all this quadrant are simply to define how fast and effective you can accumulate things for the I-quadrant.. regardless if you still employee or self-employed or running your own business, you can still get rich by focusing on I-quadrant.. how efficient your I-quadrant will makes the different.. not only how many cash but also how you use your time for the I-quadrant.. your real financial portfolio..

every each quadrant have its own risk, even the I-quadrant is not just a quadrant, or may i say that the I-quadrant itself got a few quadrant that need to be understand.. all this while i have been pushing all my energy to move between E-S-B while i found out that i should have move inside the I-quadrant itself..

let use the cashflow quadrant again as a reference..

E-quadrant - employee, low risk, lower income
S-quadrant - self-employed, moderate risk, moderate income
B-quadrant - businessman, high risk, higher income
I-quadrant - investor, controlled risk, passive income

and at least i may breakdown the I-quadrant to:

short-term investor - high risk, higher income
mid-term investor - moderate risk, moderate income
long-term investor - low risk, lower income

and as per the E-S-B has its own consequence, those money of yours in I-quadrant may also end-up as a bad investment, and you're losing without you really know it..

the simple truth is to look at where did we put our money? we might save our money in some account, but do we look at it as investment? saving in the bank means we did an investment, and which part of investment is it?

remember the most popular 10% concept, 'pay ourself first'? this is the fundamental of I-quadrant, in lay man term its called 'savings'. and savings is not just put some money somewhere so that we can get it back whenever we want, but we need to preserved the value at least against the inflation rate, in other way, we need to invest our 'savings'.

saving money in normal bank account most of the time doesn't preserved the value.. its only protecting your money by 0.001% against the inflation rate, which mean depreciating the value. so if you have money equivalent to your monthly income, its not wise to just leave it in your personal bank account. you are not really do savings, you just merely put your money in a bad long-term investment.

for now, the only question you need to answer to yourself is whether you already in the I-quadrant. check again your financial portfolio: where did you put your money?
